vineyard. The aromatic Malagouzia and the Golden Robola, the cosmopolitan Xinomavro and the seductive Agiorgitiko, were planted in an urban area, in a neighborhood where the Municipality's engineering workshop was previously located. The spirit of the landscape, the inspiration, the vision and will of the people of the Municipality of Thessaloniki, along with the generous contribution of the Ktima Gerovassiliou (famous wine company) and the knowledge of the viticulture laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, created, on a two-acre plot, the first urban vineyard in Greece.\\r\\nSince then, every year, thanks to the effort and care of the people who tend to it, our vineyard grows.
