Enjoy them!&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For the dough<\/li>\n<li>300gr flour<\/li>\n<li>1 egg<\/li>\n<li>some salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup (about) lukewarm water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>For the filling<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>200gr ground beef<\/li>\n<li>200gr ground mutton<\/li>\n<li>1 medium onion chopped<\/li>\n<li>1 garlic clove minced<\/li>\n<li>6-7 sticks parsley chopped<\/li>\n<li>some nutmeg, pimento<\/li>\n<li>some cumin, salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 cup olive oil 3 cups beef or mutton stock<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon sweet red pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"western\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">For the yogurt sauce<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>1\/2 kg strained yogurt<\/li>\n<li>2-3 garlic cloves minced<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon olive oil<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons beef stock<\/li>\n<li>some red hot pepper flakes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Put the flour, the egg, the salt and gradually the water in a big bowl. Knead well, make a ball, cover it and leave it to rest for 1 hour. Mix the minces and add the onion, garlic, parsley, the spices and the salt.<br \/>\nOn a surface spread with flour open a big square pastry and cut it into stripes 4-5 cm wide. Cut each stripe in small square buns. Add some filling with a teaspoon in each bun. Squeeze the edges together in the middle top making small &#8220;sachets&#8221;. Line them on a greased non stick baking tray and sprinkle with oil.<br \/>\nBake at 180\u2070C in preheated oven for 30 min.<br \/>\nAfter they have become golden take the tray out of the oven, pour with a ladle the stock gradually and sprinkle with the red pepper. Leave the food to absorb the stock.<br \/>\nMix the yogurt with the rest of the ingredients .
