Easy, quick and of great taste.&#8221;<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><b>Servings: 4<br \/>\n<\/b><b>Preparation time: 15&#8242;<br \/>\n<\/b><b>Cooking time:10&#8242;<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"western\">1 kilo anchovies<\/li>\n<li class=\"western\">1 medium dry onion in slices<\/li>\n<li class=\"western\">2 peeled tomatoes, chopped and deseeded<\/li>\n<li class=\"western\">5-6 sticks parsley chopped<\/li>\n<li class=\"western\">2 cloves garlic minced<\/li>\n<li class=\"western\">1 bay leaf<\/li>\n<li class=\"western\">Fleur de sel<\/li>\n<li class=\"western\">Black peppercorns<\/li>\n<li class=\"western\">120 ml olive oil<\/li>\n<li class=\"western\">100 ml white wine<\/li>\n<li class=\"western\">1 pinch oregano<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"western\"><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gut the fish and throw away the heads and intestines. Wash them well in running water and leave them in a strainer for 10&#8242; to strain well.<br \/>\nPrepare the sauce in a skillet, putting the olive oil, the onion, the garlic and the bay leaf until they become tender. Pour the wine and after 2&#8242;-3&#8242; add the chopped tomatoes. Add salt and pepper, the parsley and remove the skillet from the cooker.<br \/>\nPour the sauce in a baking pan, line the anchovies in a row and pour the rest of the sauce over it.<br \/>\nBake in preheated oven at 200\u2070C for about 10\u2019-12\u2019.<br \/>\nAdd oregano before serving.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;A dish, original &#8220;meze&#8221; which encloses the whole Greek summer in it.
